Hansen SHA/SHP and SVA/SVP reservoir level sensors are specifically designed for level monitoring in vertical or horizontal tanks within Freon refrigeration systems. All products of this type offer a 4-20mA or 0-5(1-6)VDC linear output. This product is commonly used in supermarket refrigeration system (parallel units) control, PLC level display, refrigerant leak monitoring, and various other applications of reservoir level sensors.

The input voltage is 24VDC. These probes can be directly inserted into the tank and are pre-tested and calibrated by the manufacturer. The probe sensor has no moving parts, avoiding breakage, blockage, or stoppage.

Applications

The probes of this level sensor can be directly inserted into vertical and horizontal tanks. They can accurately and continuously detect the height of the refrigerant level.
