The Enhanced Automatic Air Separator (APP) is a fully automatic, electronically controlled non-condensable gas (air) and moisture separator used to reduce the operating energy consumption of ammonia refrigeration systems.
The APP comes pre-assembled, pre-wired, and insulated from the factory and includes an automatic water purger, an overflow valve, and an isolation and service valve kit.
All automatic air separators are factory tested.
The Enhanced Automatic Air Separator can operate over a wide range of condensing pressures. This is very important for refrigeration systems operating at low condensing pressures under cold ambient conditions.
