The Hansen continuous level control system provides perfect level control and monitoring, suitable for industrial and large commercial refrigeration systems. It can be applied to new or existing refrigeration containers, replacing multiple single-point level controllers. This widely used and field-proven control system includes: a controller and a level sensor. The controller can have up to 5 independent level settings. The level and its deviation are easy to set and can be changed via an adjustment knob when needed. A built-in analog level test point allows operators to easily check the working status of the control valve, pump, and various alarm points. Suitable for ammonia, Freon, and other refrigerants approved for the VARI-LEVEL continuous level control system.

0~100% LED liquid level digital display, optional 4~20mA output, visible level set point, 1~5 relay switch outputs

Applications

This level controller is suitable for gas-liquid separators, storage tanks, intercoolers, and other containers requiring precise and flexible level control. Because the liquid level control points and alarm/cutoff points can be quickly adjusted according to the specific requirements of the system or changes in load, this product is particularly suitable for low-pressure circulation tanks in pump-fed liquid systems.
