HT-VLT-WIRE/HT-VLT-WIRE-C/HT-VLT-CO2
The Hansen HT-VLT series level sensor is a reliable and well-designed electronic level monitoring device. It outputs a 4-20mA analog signal proportional to the liquid level.
The sensing element of the HT-VLT-Wire/HT-VLT-Wire-C is a 2mm thick steel wire coated with polytetrafluoroethylene. The standard length is 2.8m (HT-VLT-WIRE-C has a built-in controller, and the standard cable length is 4m). Custom lengths of 4m or 6m are available, and the cable length can be trimmed to the required length on-site.
The HT-VLT-Wire-C sensor can be used with the Hansen PXVC-L level controller, or it can directly drive a Hansen MCV electric valve or other brands of electric valves (without the need for an additional controller).
The sensing element of the HT-VLT-CO2 is rod-type, and the length is customized according to the needs, no on-site adjustment is required.
Typical Applications
This level sensor is professionally designed for refrigeration industry containers and can measure the liquid level of various containers, such as: low-pressure circulation tanks, high-pressure storage tanks, gas-liquid separators, siphon tanks, oil collectors, etc.
